Journey to Daikin Texas Technology Park

On August 11, 2025, WT HVAC EQP SUPPLY, the Daikin authorized distributor in North America, hosted a group of seasoned HVAC and construction professionals on a two-day Daikin factory tour in Houston, Texas. With travel and accommodations seamlessly arranged by Daikin, every detail reflected the joint commitment of Daikin and WT to customer care.

The visit began at Daikin Park, the Houston Astros’ home stadium, newly renamed under a 15-year partnership with Daikin, the first of its kind between a Japanese corporation and an MLB team. Guests enjoyed a globally anticipated Astros vs. Red Sox matchup from Daikin’s VIP suite, strengthening trust and camaraderie in a setting of prestige and hospitality.

The next day, the group toured Daikin’s Houston mega factory, the largest HVAC production base in North America, where they explored R-32 split systems, VRV systems, and Rooftop units. Mr. Masashi Oshimo, President of the Division / GBU Sales, personally welcomed the guests and shared Daikin’s market strategy and vision.
